Meet Suzanne Esper
Hello, I’m Suzanne,
Thank you for checking out my wafer paper class! I’m an award-winning cake maker with over 14 years of experience in the cake industry. Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of students online through cake decorating and sugar flower classes.
I specialise in teaching beautiful sugar flowers, flawless cake finishes, macarons, and baking.
More recently, I began teaching wafer paper flowers, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I absolutely adore wafer paper flowers – their delicate nature, vibrant colours, and stunning realism.
I’m so excited that you’re here and can’t wait to share everything I know with you, so you can enjoy creating these gorgeous flowers too.

Video Tutorials: Each flower comes with a step-by-step video, packed with tips and tricks to help you craft the most realistic wafer paper flowers every time.
PDF Downloads: Every flower has its own downloadable PDF guide. A new flower pack will be uploaded to the course portal each week, and you’ll have lifetime access to it.

Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a flower following the live lessons. There’s no pressure to keep up, and you can revisit lessons anytime after the 7 weeks.

A basic flower-making kit is required. If you have sugar flower experience, you likely already have most of the tools, aside from wafer paper and your conditioner of choice. A full tools and materials list will be uploaded to the course portal on Friday, 31st January.
