Baking Vegan- means you are not using any animal derived products in your cakes. This includes Dairy and Eggs.
In Vegan baking we replace animal ingredients with plant based ingredients instead.
In Gluten Free baking, we are replacing gluten containing flours with that of a gluten free flour and baking powder.

Baking Vegan cakes is super simple and often requires less costly ingredients that are readily available. Take our Easy Vegan Lemon Cake for example, it’s not only super tasty but pennies to make!
