  • Baking Vegan- means you are not using any animal derived products in your cakes. This includes Dairy and Eggs.

    In Vegan baking we replace animal ingredients with plant based ingredients instead.

    In Gluten Free baking, we are replacing gluten containing flours with that of a gluten free flour and baking powder.

  • Baking Vegan cakes is super simple and often requires less costly ingredients that are readily available. Take our Easy Vegan Lemon Cake for example, it’s not only super tasty but pennies to make!

    Gluten free cakes follow the more tradition way of preparation but it’s not a case of just switching flour and thinking it will work. Gluten free cakes can get a bad rap if cakes are not baked with moisture rich ingredients.

    All of the recipes in this course have a beautiful crumb texture similar to normal baked goods. They are moist, tender and utterly delicious We’ve dispelled the myth that gluten free cakes taste rubbish, powdery and substandard.
